Who is this event for?
The Agentic Business Forum is designed for board members and business leaders in large companies and scale-ups who will arbitrate agentic budgets in 2027-2028: built around four concrete pillars (Decide, Organize, Operate, Sell) where AI acts as an execution accelerator, not as an end in itself. No technical skills required.
Is the event free?
Access is free for HUB Institute member companies and for event partners, within their respective quotas. For all other attendees, the pass is €599 incl. VAT. Corporate decision-makers can request a free membership trial to discover the benefits and access the event, subject to confirmation by the HUB Institute team.
Does my ticket give access to the whole event?
Your ticket gives full access to the 31 March programme: keynotes, masterclasses, demo floor, Builder Room sessions (advance booking required) and networking. The Agentic Roadmap Studios are reserved for HUB Members at Global & Advisory level.
How do I collect my badge?
Once your registration is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email. On the day, show that email and photo ID at the welcome desk: your badge is printed on site by our team.
How do I book one-to-one meetings?
Once registered, log in to your personal space to browse the list of attendees and solutions and send meeting requests. All your scheduled meetings and messages are gathered in the same space so you can plan your day.
